How To Create a Sales Order Fulfillment Record in NetSuite?

In NetSuite, sales order fulfillment refers to the process of completing customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping the items or services requested by the customer.

NetSuite’s sales order fulfillment process streamlines operations, reduces errors, and improves customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are accurately fulfilled and delivered on time. The system is highly customizable to fit the specific needs of different businesses across various industries.

When work orders are built, you can set an alert that will be sent to Finance and the respective Sales Order will also be visible in Finance’s queue for Fulfilment

1. To fulfill the SO, click on the Fulfill button and the Item Fulfilment record will be opened.

2. Click Save to fulfill the Sales Order

How to create a Sales Order Fulfilment record?

Once, the sales order is successfully fulfilled, the Sales Order status will be changed to ‘Pending Billing’ and the sales order will be ready to be invoiced.
